Job Overview:
Airlift Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to join our growing logistics and cargo transportation team. The role is based at our operational locations in Delhi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin, and Hyderabad. As an operations executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of customs-bonded truck movements for both import and export shipments. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational activities related to bonded cargo transportation, transshipment documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely and secure delivery of cargo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customs bonded truck movements (import & export).
- Handle transshipment (TP) documentation and bonded cargo compliance.
- Arrange vehicle placement as per airport/port schedules.
- Coordinate with CHA, airlines, ports, ICD/CFS, and transporters.
- Track shipments and ensure timely gate-in / gate-out.
- Maintain documentation (E-way Bill, Invoice, LR, Bond copy, POD).
- Ensure cargo safety and customs seal compliance.
- Maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years' experience in bonded transport / RFS / CHA operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs-bonded procedures.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Ready to work in flexible shifts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Preferreed.
